Very easy by removing the sides of the drawers. Than you will see 4 to 5 screws in the dove tails and one my be in the dado. Remove the screws and remove the drawers head from the face. Before you do that, draw a line around the drawer head to aline the 2 tier pullout. Simply aline the 2 tier on the face and xxxx them together.

The bottom drawer is 14 1/2" x 21 and top drawer is 12 1/4" x 19". This organizer is one complete unit. You would remover the original drawer and install the new unit.
